These Terms of Service govern your use of the Support Care Training website and the purchase of courses offered by Support Care Training, operated by LifeFit Australia Pty Ltd. By accessing this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Support Care Training is a training brand operated by LifeFit Australia Pty Ltd (ABN to be inserted). Our nationally accredited courses are delivered through Essential Skills Training, a registered training organisation (RTO) based in Newcastle, NSW. Head office: Level 49, 8 Parramatta Square, Parramatta NSW 2150.

2. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order from an organisation. Course fees are published on our Courses page and are subject to change. Enrolment in a nationally accredited course requires a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). You are responsible for obtaining your USI prior to course commencement.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 business days may be transferred to a future intake at no charge, or a cancellation fee may apply. No-shows on the day of training forfeit their enrolment fee. Group booking cancellation terms are outlined in your organisation’s booking agreement.

4. Prerequisites

The 11270NAT Support Care First Aid course requires a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate as a prerequisite. You are responsible for providing evidence of your prerequisite qualification prior to or on the day of training. Failure to meet prerequisite requirements may result in inability to participate, with no refund provided unless the prerequisite issue was not communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, branding, and training resources are the intellectual property of LifeFit Australia Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, LifeFit Australia Pty Ltd’s liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or participation in a course is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
