It doesn’t address seizure management in wheelchairs, emergency response for non-verbal individuals, falls involving anticoagulant medications, mental health crises in youth settings, or dementia-sensitive emergency care. 11270NAT was built specifically to cover these gaps.

It’s a blended course: online theory (typically 3–6 hours) before attending a 6-hour face-to-face practical workshop for skills practice and assessment. If you need HLTAID011 as well, you can book the 2-day combined option.
